A rise in the consumption of sugary beverages to quench the thirst increases the risk of obesity-related issues and oral issues as well. Replace the sugary juices and sports drinks with natural water which does not have calories and helps to reduce weight.

Water is the healthiest drink that keeps you hydrated and benefits your oral health and overall health. It is highly recommended to drink water at least half an hour before the meal to help digestion. It is not advisable to drink immediately before or after a meal as it may dilute the digestive juices.
